Welcome to EMERGE
EMERGE is an online learning platform that connects international students to certificate- and degree-earning programs from top-tier universities. We serve students all over the world and help them reach their higher learning goals.
Admissions Requirements
We use open enrollment for many of our University and Performance Programs. That means enrollment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and students located all over the world can enroll at any time before the first day of class.
However, there are some basic requirements that will ensure a student’s success:
- English Language Proficiency – All of our courses are taught in English; a strong command of the English language is strongly recommended for students.
- Stable Internet Connection – Our courses are livestream; students should plan to be available for live courses.
- Student Visas Not Required – At this time, EMERGE courses are taught entirely online. Therefore, student visas are not required for degree and certificate programs.
- International Application Fee – International students must pay a one-time $65 USD fee at the time of enrollment.
PLEASE NOTE: Admittance into a university certificate program is not equivalent to admittance into a university as a degree-seeking student. Students who wish to enroll at one of EMERGE’s partner universities will be required to follow the university’s international student application process.
International College Bridge Program
Getting into a Top 100 university in the U.S. is a difficult process. Our International Bridge Program is designed to help students navigate the admissions process and help them gain admission to their dream university in the U.S. or U.K.
Key benefits of our College Bridge Program include:
- Application Services – We help you build a strong application with letters of recommendation, essays and certificates from certificate programs.
- Admissions Guidance – We provide help with portfolio creation/review, interview and audition preparation, and other admissions processes.
- Education Planning – Our team helps you design a learning plan to help you gain admission to your dream university.
Our Courses for International Students
- Certificate Programs – Certificate Programs help students gain new skills in a specific discipline. Upon successful completion, students earn a certificate.
- Degree Programs – With Degree Programs, students earn credits from a university toward a degree.
- Performance Programs– Study the performing arts with in-demand master instructors. These courses are master classes; no credit is earned for participation.
- Youth Programs– Our Youth Programs are designed for pre-collegiate students and they’re offered in a range of disciplines. These are great college prep courses.
